Workplace Wellness Programs Healthy Eating

An unhealthy lifestyle is one of the main contributors to chronic disease in Australia.  Nowadays we tend to sit more and consume foods that are high in sugar, fat and salt, research has shown that this way of life can have a dramatic impact on the workforce (NIIM RoadMap to Wellness). Our nutrition-based workplace wellness programs educate staff on how to improve their health with good nutrition & exercise recommendations and daily goal setting.

We offer a range of workplace wellness program options online or face-to-face such as cooking demos, nutrition health seminars and one on one consultations.  Our most popular presentation topics are General Healthy Eating tips | Gut Health | Food & Mood | Nutrition & Exercise for Longevity as well as other topics that can be tailored to our client’s needs.  Our staff are university-qualified & experienced Nutritionists, Dietitians that are passionate about workplace health and create a relaxed, informative environment for our audiences to learn from.

If you have a specific topic request, just let us know.  We’re happy to tailor something to suit your group, just speak with us!
