Our 7-day nutrition meal plans are created by Nutrition professionals and range from 1500kcal-2000kcal options.

The meal plan packages are located on an iPhone app called ‘MyPThub’ which you will need to download and follow the videos and instructions to activate your package and start to use.

1500kcal Meal Plan

A 7-day meal plan package is designed for persons with a smaller stature that are looking to lose weight alongside an exercise plan. 

1750kcal Meal Plan

A 7 day meal plan is designed for active individuals with medium builds who are looking to lose weight.

2000kcal Meal Plan

A 7 day meal plan option is designed for medium-large body weight person that is looking to lose weight alongside a regular exercise plan.
