Daley Nutrition’s is run by Nutritionists, Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist & Personal Trainers.  We have been working in the preventive health space for 10 years and have worked with thousands of clients over the years offering nutrition and exercise services.  We know that a healthy lifestyle can prevent a variety of chronic and acute disease and we work hard to help our clients to achieve optimum health and well-being.

In 2018 we have moved our business from Chelsea to 1 Governor Arthur Drive, Patterson Lakes and we now run personal training at our indoor gym as well as clinical nutrition consults for the local community.

We work on the following days during the week:

  • Monday evenings from 7-9pm.
  • Tuesday evenings from 6-9pm.
  • Saturday morning: 7am-12pm.
  • Sunday morning: 7am-12pm.

Yes we do.  For a 30min personal training session and nutrition assessment we charge $99 which can be claimed on private health insurance.

Our Exercise Physiologist has a degree in Exercise Physiology and is registered with ESSA.

Our personal trainers all have Cert IV in fitness and are fully insured to offer personal training sessions.

We have a gym space with squat rack, barbells, TRX, boxing bag, cross trainer rowing machine and more.  It fits 6 people in the gym and is used for group sessions throughout the year as well as 1 on 1 personal training sessions.

We also have a private nutrition clinic room for consultations.



At our indoor gym, we use a range of fitness based equipment to help to achieve your exercise goals & rehabilitation.  TRX, squat racks, medicine balls, dumbbell, Y-Bells, ropes and many more.


We run men and women training sessions during the week.  The sessions run for 30-45 mins and include a range of circuit and boxing drills to help you to fitter, quicker and stronger over the months.  As well as make some strong friendships.


We offer our fitness and workout plans for the public to sign up to via smartphone app.  This workouts we use with our regular gym clients and they help you to track you workouts at home and offer a structured plan to follow. 


Baelee our Exercise Physiologist runs 30-45 mins exercise prescription sessions on Tuesdays.  She can help you to overcome chronic disease hurdles and help to build your confidence and strength with regular exercise.

Any cancellations of personal training session need to be given with at least 6 hours notice to avoid charges.

We expect 100% commitment from our clients, with personal training we test your fitness every 4 weeks to show improvements.  With nutrition consults we will contact you during consults if they are spaced longer than 3 weeks apart.
