Welcome to Daley Nutrition’s & Personal Training Patterson Lakes.   We are a team of Melbourne Personal Trainers, Nutritionists & Dietitians.

Luke & Carly Daley are the owners of Daley Nutrition, they are parents of 2 little girls and understand the struggles and issue with finding the time to exercise.  They run a Dads fitness class group on a Sunday morning and Mums group on Thursday nights.  The sessions are very relaxed and work on your ability and confidence levels.  Each session has a range of new exercise to have a go at and master.  We don’t offer in lock in contacts, just pays as you go and turn up when you can.

PT training times: Dad Fitness Group Sunday’s 8:00am-8:30am.

Mum Group Fitness Classes: Thursdays 7:00pm-7:45pm and & :45pm

We are located at 1 Governor Arthur Drive Patterson Lakes – we train in a secure room space.

It is very simple, just onto our online booking system and find a time and day that suits.

Yes please, we’d love it if you do!  For every referral that we run a personal training session with we give you $5 off your next PT session.

Absolutely.  We have a nutrition clinic room on site in Patterson Lakes and offer a combined PT and Nutrition sessions.  Unlike most PT’s Luke hasn’t just studied nutrition as part of his PT training, he’s got 2 Nutrition degrees and is a university lecturer in Nutritional Medicine.

We charge $99 for a 30min personal training session and 30mins nutrition assessment including eating plan and goals.  For all our nutrition consultation options click here.

In the future yes, this will be an option.  But not until the spring time when it is a bit warm and there is more light in the evenings.

No not if you are fit and well.  But if you have any pre existing injuries we might need to talk to your physio first, but please call us to discuss this further – 0466471142.

MUM FITNESS GROUP TRAINING

Personal training Patterson lakes

This 45 min session will introduce you to circuit training in a group, including body weight, dumbbell and and core stability exercises.

  • Open to Mums of any age and fitness level.
  • Weight training muscle building to increase metabolism.
  • Injury prevention exercises.
  • Body fat and muscle mass measurements every 4 weeks.

DAD GROUP FITNESS TRAINING

Personal training Patterson lakes

Muscle building/condition is crucial to health, especially for blokes.  The more muscle you gain the higher your metabolism and the easier it is to maintain a healty weight.

  • All Dads welcome, from any age and fitness level.
  • Squat rack and deadlift included for leg strength.
  • Boxing drills and circuit training.
  • Body fat and muscle mass measurements every 4 weeks.

Our trainer Luke live and breathes exercise, he is a competitive swimmer and tennis player, but also loves his gym sessions, he is also a Registered Nutritionist.
