The Daley Nutrition Meal Plans are based on the Australian dietary guidelines with a Mediterranean twist, created by Nutritionists & Dietitians.  We have created 6 structured nutrition meal plans for energy needs from 1250 kcal – 2500 kcal to be accessed via a smartphone app.  Suited to those with busy lives that would like to follow and learn which foods suit their energy needs.  The plans can also be used for weight loss by finding a plan in the step-by-step guide below that offers a 10-15% reduced energy intake from your basic daily energy needs.

Our 14-day nutrition meal plans are created by Nutrition professionals and range from 1250 kcal-2500 kcal options.

The meal plan packages are located on an iPhone app called ‘MyPThub’ which you will need to download and follow the videos and instructions to activate your package and start to use.

Unlike many other meal plans on the internet, our 8 weeks plan are a one-off payment.

Please view our Facebook page for discount codes throughout the year.

That is correct, this gives us a background health profile of you and aligns with our terms and conditions.

Absolutely, just click on the package that is relevant to you.  If you have lost weight then your energy intake would have changed, please complete a new energy calculation assessment.

On the main page of the app, you will see a nutrition tab.  Click on this tab to open up your 14 days of meal plans.

Please email us if any issues or concerns.

Not necessarily, if you find a few days on the plan that suit your needs or are easier to follow, then stick to those.

The meal plans were created to offer meal and snack ideas, it isn’t based on a strict 100% follow approach.

For each lunch and dinner of the meal plans, there is a notes tab to open to view the step-by-step recipe guide.
