Daley Nutrition is a family run business in seaside Chelsea, Melbourne.  We run one face to face and online clinical nutrition consults, and meal plans.  In 2018 we have branched out to offer online nutrition meal plan packages via a smartphone app to clients that would like a meal structure to work from in their own time.  The meal plans are based on dietary guidelines, with some creative flair with a variety of tasty and delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options.

We use an app called My PT Hub, which is custom made and has a wide range of videos to help you to understand the content.

The meal plan packages are located on an iPhone app called ‘MyPThub’ which you will need to download and follow the videos and instructions to activate your package and start to use.

1500kcal Meal Plan

This package 7-day meal plan package is designed for persons with a smaller stature that are looking to lose weight alongside an exercise plan. 

1750kcal Meal Plan

This 7 day meal plan is designed for active individuals with medium builds who are looking to lose weight.

2000kcal Meal Plan

This 7 day meal plan option is designed for medium-large body statured that are looking to lose weight alongside a regular exercise plan.
