This page is devoted to our top 10 recipes for meals, snacks and desserts. The recipes are homemade, take under 15mins to make and are a lot healthier than commercial options. All the recipes have been trialled and tested by our nutrition staff and their families as well as the people that have attended our workshops over the years.
Our top 10 fast food meals are the options we run in our cooking demonstrations, include our famous Thai Chicken Curry, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Pizza recipes. They are wok based stir fry recipes and based off Jamie Oliver’s 15-minute meals recipe book.
