This page is devoted to our top 10 of everything nutrition, including bliss balls, fast food recipes, brownie slices, FAQs and more. This is an evolving page that will grow with time. Most of the recipes take under 15mins to make and are a lot healthier than commercial options. All the recipes have been trialled and tested by our nutrition staff and their families as well as the people that have attended our workshops over the years.
Our top 10 fast food meals are the options we run in our cooking demonstrations, including our famous Thai Chicken Curry, Sweet, and Sour Chicken and Pizza recipes. They are wok-based stir fry recipes and based off Jamie Oliver’s 15-minute meals recipe book.
