We run a variety of different group fitness training.
Group training is a great way to keep motivated while surrounded by like minded people.
Whether you’re just starting out with exercise or a regular gym-goer, we have something to suit and help you progress further.

Fusion Fit LITE
LADIES GROUP FITNESS
This 45 min session is held in our studio and combines weights, including body weight, dumb bells and bar bell as well as cardio exercises. We spend the last 10-15mins stretching and having a chat. It’s a social session with a great bunch of 4-8 ladies who always welcome new people regardless of fitness or skill.
- Open to all who identify as women, aged 16+ with any fitness level.
- Weight training and muscle building to increase metabolism.
- Injury prevention exercises.
- Body fat and muscle mass measurements every 4 weeks.

MEN’S GROUP FITNESS
Muscle building/condition is crucial to health, especially for blokes. The more muscle you gain the higher your metabolism and the easier it is to maintain a healthy weight. 30min session held in our studio.
- Open to all who identify as male, aged 16+ and with any fitness level.
- Squat rack and deadlift included for leg strength.
- Boxing drills and circuit training.
- Body fat and muscle mass measurements every 4 weeks.

FUSION FIT CLASSES
Fusion Fit is the newest strength based dance craze featuring the best bits of Zumba, aerobics and high intensity interval training set to a sing a long 80’s soundtrack. It’s run by Carly who as well as being a personal trainer, has a background as a professional dancer.
- High impact, suitable for people with some fitness experience
- Body weight exercises to increase strength
- Cardio intervals to increase fitness
- Child friendly classes available

FUSION FIT LITE CLASSES
Fusion Fit LITE stands for Low Impact Training and Exercise. It’s got the same great spirit and energy as Fusion Fit classes but has been adapted to be lower impact so is perfect if you’re new to exercise, returning from an extended break or not feeling as young and spritely as you used to!
- Gentle on joints and pelvic floor
- No floor exercises
- Some chair based exercise
- Strength training using body weight
- Cardio interval training ti increase fitness
