Cooking Demonstrations Melbourne
Healthy Fast Food
Our 1-hour Cooking Demonstrations are a great way to interactively show participants how easy and quick it is to cook a healthy meal from scratch. The cooking demonstrations are run by our Melbourne-based qualified staff who are engaging, fun & full of tips and tricks about nutrition and cooking. Check out our Facebook page for yearly cooking demos themes such as winter warmer and fresh summer recipes.
Luke Daley (Registered Nutritionist & Chef) runs the majority of the cooking demonstrations, which he has been doing since 2008. He creates a relaxed atmosphere, encourages questions and gets the whole audience interactively engaged with the delivery of his cooking demonstrations.
If you need a poster or advertising material to promote your cooking demo then just let us know when you make your booking: carly@daleynutrition.com.au

QUOTES FROM CLIENTS
“Just wanted to thank you on behalf of the Monash Law students society. The feedback was great. I think we all assume we know how to eat healthily, however, I can speak on behalf of the group when I say that we all learnt a lot, especially relating to study burnout and nutrition”. – Tayla- Coordinator of Monash Law Students Society
” I loved the Spicy Cajun Chicken couscous recipe! It took Luke 15mins to whip it together and it tasted great. I also found the food shopping cards that Luke gave out to be easy to understand. I now have more knowledge about what to look out for in supermarkets. ” – Employee from State Revenue office Melbourne.
“A great interactive seminar! I learnt what an actual serving size is for different food groups and how to accurately read food labels, which will help me at home and at work”. – Employee from Kmart Head Office Melbourne.
“Fantastic job Luke, thank you so much. I know I enjoyed getting to see staff really engage with this activity. Some still talk about how much sugar is in chocolate, the pleasure was ours Luke!”. -Sharon and Keith- OHS Consultant | Health, Safety and Well being Team. Department of Health and Human Services”.
