Workplace Health and Wellbeing Programs

An unhealthy lifestyle is one of the main contributors to chronic disease in Australia.  Nowadays we tend to sit more and consume foods that are high in sugar, fat and salt, research has shown that this way of life can have a dramatic impact on a workforce (NIIM RoadMap to Wellness). In our workplace health and wellbeing programs we can show staff how to maintain a healthy body weight and improve their immunity and increase their confidence with food by giving staff the tools to take control of their lifestyle.

We offer a few workplace health and wellbeing programs options such as cooking demo’s, one on one consultations, health presentations on topics such as healthy eating | Reducing stress | Improve sleep with food | Creating a balanced lifestyle as well as other topics that the client would like more information around.  Our staff are qualified Nutritionists and Dietitians that are passionate about workplace health and create a relax, informative environment for our audiences.

If you have a specific topic request, just let us know.  We’re happy to tailor something to suit your group, just speak with us!
