NUTRITION & PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES

Daley Nutrition’s is run by Registered Nutritionists/ Dietitian and Personal Trainers.  We have been working in the preventive health space for 7 years and have worked with thousands of clients over the years offering nutrition and exercise services.  We know that a healthy lifestyle can prevent a variety of chronic and acute disease and we work hard to help our clients to achieve optimum health and wellbeing.  We work at our business/home address on 77 Thames Promenade, Chelsea and include outdoor personal training onsite as well as clinical nutrition consults.

We work on the following days during the week:

  • Monday afternoon from 1pm.
  • Friday: 8am-5pm.
  • Saturday morning: 8am-12pm.
  • Sunday morning: 8am-12pm.

Yes we are covered by the following private health rebates companies for personal training.   If you choose a nutrition and personal training package you can claim private health rebates on our nutrition services.

Yes we do.  For a 30min personal training session and nutrition assessment we charge $120 which can be claimed on private health insurance.

All our staff are nutritionally trained at university with either a nutrition science, dietetics or public health nutrition degree.

Our personal trainers all have Cert IV in fitness and are fully insured to offer personal training sessions.

We have an enclosed outdoor area at the front of our business that we use for personal training.  The equipment we use can work all body parts and help you move closer to your fitness goals.

NUTRITION CLINIC CONSULTS

At our clinic business address we run nutrition consults for clients looking to improve their health by better eating patterns.  Our advice is evidence based practise and  we cover a wide range of chronic and acute conditions.  

ONLINE NUTRITION CONSULT

If you are unable to visit our clinic, then we can run Skype or Facetime consults to help our clients achieve their nutrition goals.   Consults last for 1 hour and include a eating and exercise plan if  needed.

PERSONAL TRAINING OUTDOORS

Our outdoor personal training sessions are a great option if you enjoy training in fresh air out of the gym.  We have 30min, 45mins and 1 hour options tailored to your needs. 

MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING

If you are looking to do personal training from home, then we have 45min and 1 hour sessions that we can run with you.  We bring the equipment to you all we need is a area to train in i.e. your garden or garage.

We work on the following days during the week:

Any cancellations of personal training session need to be given with at least 6 hours notice to avoid charges.

We expect 100% commitment from our clients, with personal training we test your fitness every 4 weeks to show improvements.  With nutrition consults we will contact you during consults if they are spaced longer than 3 weeks apart.
