Welcome to Daley Nutrition’s Mobile Personal Training. We are a local business in Chelsea Run by husband and wife Luke and Carly Daley. Luke is our the Registered Nutritionist & mobile Personal Trainer that runs most our services, he is also passionate active Dad.
We don’t train clients in a gym, we simply come to your house or outdoor area and train you to achieve your personal training and nutrition goals. Using our equipment of boxing pads, ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, bars, medicine balls and TRX cables we can work out every part of your body.
The mobile personal training is a great choice for those that aren’t a big fan of the busy gym environment and want to train in the comfort of their own home without too much stress. We often work with Mum’s and Dads that struggle to find time around family life to train, we welcome children to play around us in the garden or living room, whilst we train you. Luke appreciates the stresses family life can offer.
Our mobile personal training sessions are a good option if you are struggling to fit exercise into your routine and need a little help, if you need some specific training for a competition or if you don’t enjoy the gym environment. We can train you outdoors or visit you at your home. Either way we are here to help! We can bring equipment to you and train in the comfort of your home (great for parents!) to help you to achieve your exercise goals.
The options we have are 30mins, 45mins, 1 hour sessions.
Yes, of course! Luke our mobile personal trainer brings the equipment to you such as kettle bells, medicine balls, foam mats etc. All we need is a clear space in the garden or living room to run you through exercises. Don’t stress we are used to bringing equipment to our clients in around the Chelsea area!
Our training hours are:
Monday afternoons from 1-6pm (8pm during spring and summer months).
Thursday 6:30am-6pm (8pm during spring and summer months).
Friday 6:30am-6pm (8pm during spring and summer months.
Saturday and Sunday mornings till 6:30am-12pm.

- Details of where abouts on your property that you would like to train.
- How many personal training sessions you would like.

Yes please, we’d love it if you do! For every referral that we run a personal training session with we give you $5 off your next PT session.
Luke has a Cert IV in Fitness, enabling him to call himself a personal trainer. He is registered with Fitness Australia, which entitles his clients to claim private health care rebates. Luke’s main job is a Registered Nutrition, of which he has 2 degrees in Nutrition, he is happy to talk food with you whilst you train.
