Cooking Demonstrations Melbourne

Healthy Fast Food

Our 1 hour Cooking Demonstrations are a great way to interactively show participants how easy and quick it is to cook a healthy meal from scratch. The cooking demonstrations are run by our Melbourne based qualified staff who are engaging, fun & full of tips and tricks about nutrition and cooking. We also bring interactive resources to educate our audience on the benefits of cooking quick, easy and nutritious meals.

Luke Daley (Registered Nutritionist & Chef) runs the majority of the cooking demonstrations, which he has been doing since he graduated in 2008. Some of his clients have been NHS, Nutrition Australia, Victorian Department of Health & Humans Services, State Revenue Office, HP, Kmart, also Sports clubs, city councils, charity organisations, corporate businesses and festival events.  He creates a relaxed atmosphere, encourages questions and gets the whole audience interactively engaged with the delivery of his cooking demonstrations.

What is involved in our Cooking Demonstrations?

As a client you have a choice of 2 recipes to be performed in the cooking demonstration either a breakfast & lunch or breakfast & dinner (a dinner & lunch option together are charged at a higher rate). Our most popular options are Apple Pie Bircher Muesli & Coconut Chicken Curry.
